Tarpon Adventure is owned and operated by Captain Charles Klug.  Charles has been fishing Florida and Florida Keys waters for over 45 years.  He is licensed with the US Coast Guard as Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV) or “6-Pack” License Captain.  In his many years on the oceans of the world he has been licensed for and operated up to 50 ton near coastal and commercial towing assist vessels.  Additionally, he is trained and certified in CPR/First Aid

We are located at the southern end of Islamorada, Florida.  To our west is the Everglades Nat'l Park & Florida Bay. There are numerous areas to fish for species like Permit, Tarpon, Snook, Bonefish & more!  It is an ideal place to fish when conditions on the ocean are less than desirable.

To the east is the Atlantic Ocean.  This is where we can fish the bridges, reefs and wrecks.  There are many species we target like; Dolphin, Tarpon, Snook, Grouper, Sailfish, Kingfish, Tuna and Wahoo.  The types of fish you catch will depend on what time of year you come.  Tarpon Adventure is prepared to help you catch fish that dreams are made of any time of the year.
